Return Policy

At Oddzz & Endzz, we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience with every purchase. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please review our return policy carefully before submitting a request. We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged or defective, or if the incorrect item was received. If your item meets one of these conditions, you must contact us immediately upon delivery.

For sunglasses that arrive scratched or damaged, please contact us immediately. You will be eligible for an exchange or store credit for an item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include the original case and a copy of your invoice (available in your order confirmation email).

Please note: All t-shirts & sweat-shirts are made-to-order (Print on Demand) and are final sale.

We do not provide cash refunds. Upon returning the item, you will receive credit in the form of a gift card that can be used online. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
